He had only one review, but it was glowing report, so we hired. He came out for about 3-3 and half hrs to do some light cleaning on the 4/26/12, but never returned. I called him, but he never answered my calls. He would leave messages at odd hours. He made claims that the weather was not right to continue. He lives about 9 miles away from me, so that was odd. He tried to put the blaim on me that I was supposed to notify him about when the wood was dry. I called him on the 4/11/12 to tell him not to return. I followed this up with a seven page letter that I sent certified mail on 4/13/12. He signed for it on 4/15/12. On 7/18/12 which is 32 days later, I called and left a message with him, to give him one last chance to return my deposit. He called me back the next day, He asked if he could have until the 8/04/12 to return the deposit. I am giving him until 8/05/12.

Erich is one that attends to details and is not satisfied with his work unless it looks good. He is immediate to touch up what might have been missed.I live in a detached condo and had to have my deck restained - to give you an idea of his conscientiousness, he redid the deck when it rained about 8 hours later. no damage from the rain detected, but he wanted to be certain the finish would uphold for time to come. He covers everything with new plastic everytime he does an interior job, so there is no damage to furniture or accents. Beautiful work that is worth rehiring him for additional jobs in the future. He gives a quote and stands by it - no matter how much additional needs to be done. Prices are very reasonable.
