Just today (Jan. 23, 2013), we called him with a question on the water heater because we were having a problem with our hot water flow and didn't know if it was a frozen pipe or a fuel company problem. He arrived within the hour, checked out the whole system, contacted the manufacturer, ran tests, and miraculously fixed it. He was here for almost two hours. Then he left without charging us as he considered it a warranty item. Skylar Lee of S and S Viking Mechanical is terrific!
Description of Work: Skylar Lee, owner of S & S Viking Mechanical, installed a Noritz on demand water heater for us. In addition to this project, he installed the plumbing and base board heating in our new addition. We met him as a sub-contractor on our addition project, then retained him to install the water heater.
