Warren?s response to our inquiry was within a very short time of the posting. He was very understanding of what was needed and supplied an estimated time involved, cost of the project and a time frame of completion. His attention to detail was impressive with any questions we asked, answered honestly. We are certainly pleased with the high quality work and would not hesitate to contact Warren for future projects.

Warren paid us a visit right away and followed up shortly after with a fair quote. Matt and Pat began right away and expertly removed the old deck. We had an old pressure treated deck in need of some love. Wanted composite decking, new railings, new stairs. After several estimates, we chose Warren Preston (NEEC&SF), owner and his "boys", Patrick and Matt. We did NOT make a mistake. Completed the job beyond my expectations! They completed the job in 3 days finishing in the pouring rain. Old deck was disposed of totally. (They even took away some rotted landscape timbers I had with no charge). What Warren says he will do DOES! I wish all contractors were as good and truthful as he. If you are considering a construction job you need done, call N.E.E. Construction & Spray Foam first. Warren and his team provided excellent spray foam and framing work. They were honest and kept their word on the schedule of the project and stayed on budget. Our 3rd floor looks great. We will definitely hire them again!

Warren and his employees worked very hard in the crawl space of my log cabin home. Warren discussed in length my options with pricing and gave recommendations that best fit my needs. Many times contractors tend to want to upsell and Warren did not. I could tell he was honest and forthright in our conversation. The completed work was outstanding and the communication throughout this process was excellent. They left the site clean and in better shape. I had no real knowledge of this kind of product but Warren educated me along the way and made me feel like I was part of their team. A one point they ran out of product but quickly jumped into action to rectify this issue in a most timely fashion. I couldnâ t be happier and I wouldnâ t hesitate to use their services again. Lastly, I had just moved into this community and I felt it was important to use a local company, one that would make me feel comfortable during the decision process, Warren was that guy you knew would do right by you. I am sometimes a skeptical former Marine but it has been a pleasure dealing with Warren and his team. Thank you NEE for a job well done and in under budget!

Warren did foam insulation to a gruesome crawl space and also installed a dehumidifier/fan to dry it up. He was very responsive, answered all my questions, was extremely polite, stayed under budget, excellent work done, and cleaned up every day. I m very pleased with all the work he did. I will hire him for more jobs. I highly recommend N.E.E. Construction and Spray foam.

I am contracting with Warren Preston, owner/contractor to replace an outside deck with Trex Decking.

Work was completed as promised and on schedule. I will use them again for my next project.

This company also does business as Preston Construction which is the name I was directed to make the payments to This was for both a ramp and a deck. Warren Preston, owner of both entities had given me a good price but needed to get other projects done. The old porch had already been torn off the house and he was going to build a new deck. When he finally started working, the City of Manchester posted a stop work order on the porch. I had paid for the permit on June 14 and the order to stop was posted in early September when he finally did some work on the deck. He is a con artist, using one name on Home Adviser and another on payments to him. He claimed to be in touch with the City Building inspector and working on the building permit. Building inspector and code enforcement officer had not seen or heard from him at all. I am out a lot of money between the two contractors and still don't have a ramp or a deck. They have taken advantage of a retired handicapped woman. I don't have the money to try again.
