We have used other realtors to buy and sell our previous homes, and Michelle is the best realtor we have ever worked with. We first met Michelle when we were looking to rent a single family home after moving to Concord. We contacted several realtors and Michelle was the one that came through for us. In a tight rental market, she found a house in a good neighborhood that was close to schools. When it came time to buy a home, Michelle was the obvious choice. Michelle was happy to show us many houses and was cheerful and professional as she walked us through each showing. Even when we were getting tired and discouraged from not finding the right home, Michelle was positive and optimistic. She has a good feel for the market and we relied heavily on her expertise. Most importantly, we felt like she was always looking out for our interests; we never felt pressured by Michelle. Michelle also has a great instinct for buyer's preferences. She found us a wonderful house that had all the features we were looking for. She was a great advocate as we worked through a difficult negotiation.
