Description of Work: I used Kamlexa Construction to replace my roof. I have an older home that has a few additions that have created unusual jogs, angles and hips. Choosing a roofer is difficult as there is no shortage of them in the phone book and on Craigslist. I had six contractors come to my house to give me an estimate on my roof. Only three of them actually returned with a proposal to complete the job. After reviewing the candidates, I decided to use Kamlexa Construction. my decision was based on Shanes fair price and his professional demeanor. He was able to explain the roofing process to me with confidence and experience. He also did not ask for a deposit up front as some do. He arrived promptly on the scheduled day. Shane was prepared and organized with all of the tools and equipment necessary to complete the job. On that first day, they realized that there were areas of the roof that had 4 layers of shingles to rip off. This was an unforeseen setback that would require additional man hours to remove. While on the job, the crew of roofers were respectful of our property and landscaping. They cleaned the debris and organized their tools daily. They worked efficiently and with purpose. The additional man hours needed to complete the job required them to work on a Saturday to complete the job. I know that they had not planned on that and had personal commitments that they cancelled to finish this job. This was GREATLY appreciated as they could have easily said, "see you Monday".
