Simple; I called, they responded, problem solved.
Description of Work: They are my oil delivery company and by default my first call for service to my system. On this date they responded to a failure with my heating system and diagnosed and repaired my unit that very same visit. The service technician was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I have used Irving for just a couple of years (previous company ceased operations) and Irving's customer service has been notable for its pleasant, capable, and professional interactions.

Irving Oil is a company out of Maine, but they service New Hampshire as well. I've used them for about 6 years now and the cost of service changes and depends on the price of oil. I will continue to use their services in the future.
