They did great job and I was really happy with the product.

Dropped vehicle at the shop. Technician drove me to work 4 miles away. Tint was removed, all windows were cleaned, and rear window defroster was undamaged. Very professional, punctual and clean.

The woman scheduling appointments was very rude and lacked basic customer service skills. They came to my home and completed the estimate. I had to contact them and knowing I was on a very tight deadline. Again the woman scheduling appointments and quot;had to talk to her bossand quot; about accommodating my timeline which was fine, but she lacked any sense of urgency. I decided to go with another company. And would not recommend this company.

I received a prompt, courteous reply to my telephone message left after hours at this company. I wanted to make sure that they performed the service I required and they did. I took the large, heavy mirror to the business location and was assisted immediately with help carrying the mirror into the shop. The pleasant, efficient staff member measured the mirror and gave me an estimate in no time. I didn't even ask when it would be ready but was called the day after with the good news that the mirror was ready to be picked up. I couldn't be more pleased with Granite State Glass...they are the greatest!

I highly recommend them! They were very professional and clean. I even took the day off to watch because of my previous experiences. They did not mind that I wanted to watch them work, because they were willing to take the time to explain things and answer my questions. The prices were very reasonable, the quality is well worth the cost. They were willing to talk to me about the products rather than worry about the final bill. They definitely stand by what they tell you!

The repair was planned for a late Friday afternoon. Late morning I got a call asking if they could come early. Two workers (Jim and Derek) showed up. The day was very cold (about 5 degrees). Derek kept going back and forth to the truck taking off and putting on work boots. About an hour later the repair was done. We couldn't be happier. I hear people say go with the locally owned company to get better service. In this case, Granite State Glass is by far the better choice. Their original price was 40% below the local competition and they stood behind their product and installation even when the apparent cause of the problem was not their fault.
