Shane was great kept us informed at each step. Did what we agreed on in a timely manner and he always returned our calls and answered any questions we had.We will use Exteriors Plus in the future and will recomend them to friends and family.

Shane came over, discussed the options and gave a fair price for our 8x9 porch-deck. Ian provided quality installation taking time to insure a good job. The entire project completed within the timeframe discussed originally with Shane. My only comaint is that I now have approximately 50 more Sq feet of snow to move this winter.

Shane stayed in contact with me throughout the process; when there was a roadblock caused by supply chain issues, Shane persisted in finding a supplier for our project. The work was done well, efficiently, and on budget! Shane accomplished a project other contractors have been unable to do for 2 years. I wouldnâ t hesitate to hire again!!!

Shane and Ian are reliable, receptive and professional. The attention to detail and their eye for symmetry and alignment created a farmer's porch that is as beautiful as any room in our home. Shane was patient with my questions, changes and communicated consistently on when to expect work to be done and at what stage. Ian constructed a customized landing outside the front door so it can be accessed safely and securely with a walker. I plan on using them again on another project inside our home.

Shane was a very difficult person to work with from the start of job we had made a mistake and signed the contact on a deck smaller than what I wanted. When I brought this to Shane attention he was very irate and un willing to make any changes . Shane timeline of the project was very erratic. I had to ask several time for him to post the building permit on my house. The project with out it being posted he also did not provide me any plans of what he was doing, which was stated in the contract . he did not complete this job do to mutual agreement. I asked Shane to compete a portion of the job all the nails and missing joist hangers on framing before doing the screen house and he again became irate. If you do hire this company make sure read the contact very carefully as they are unwilling to change. Shane also threaten me with this project could take all summer.

The work was high quality. The entire scope of work to be done was explained in advance in detail. The end result was impressive and completed in a timely manner.

Shane was very patient with us having to reschedule the start of the project due to some unfortunate circumstances. He was respectful and got the job done in the time frame that he told us.

I hired Exteriors Plus to build a Farmerâ s porch. I am extremely satisfied with their work. The team was dependable, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. Shane listened to my every request and delivered. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a porch built.

I do not know where to begin. The issues with this contractor are extremely bad. Built garage and breezeway and the shoddiness of the work there are no words for. Five things out of code per code inspection. Breezeway leaks from the roof because of poor insulation of flashing. You can see outside. The car will not fit in the garage. Had to tear down the framework and cut cement and hires a qualified garage installed so my car will fit in the garage. Way overcharged for such bad work I would not recommend this company to anyone. We had five carpenters come up and give us quotes on fixing the mess that was left us and everyone said where did you get this company and I said Angi list. Apparently, you cannot always trust reviews. Well, I assure you this happened and I would not want anyone to go through what I and my husband have been dealing with this past month.

They were extremely professional and got the job done quickly! The finished product is outstanding and we couldn’t be happier would highly recommend

Would recommend Exteriors Plus to anyone looking to renovate. They turned our previously uninhabitable attic into a home office within the timeframe and budget we agreed upon. They were also super communicative and accessible throughout the projectâ we always knew when they were coming/going and the project status. They did great work and we couldnâ t be happier with how it turned out. You will not regret choosing Exteriors Plus.

This was our first job contracting with Exteriors Plus founded by brothers Shane and Heath Decato. Because the scope involved the renovation of an older outbuilding next to our home by adding a 2nd floor balcony as well as windows and patio door the project was perhaps more complicated than new construction. The work by agreement took place intermittently over a period of several weeks. We communicated primarily with Shane who consistently kept us well informed about the scope of work and schedule through texts and phone calls as necessary. We were informed promptly of any delays or changes. Shane was very open to any questions and ongoing input about the work as well as incorporating minor changes along the way. Shane and Heath were always respectful of our needs while working at the jobsite. At the conclusion of each day any demo material was removed in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with the quality and cost of the work offered and would highly recommend Exteriors Plus.

Shane. Heath and Ian are a great team to work with. Our project included two additions (kitchen and mudroom) and a Porch/deck. They build around us while we still lived there. Their craftmanship is excellent. We are looking forward to working with them again when we are ready to have our garage built. I highly recommend them. Quality work at a reasonable price. Used a backhoe to dig footers instead of an auger. Also tore up my septic pipe. Did not use enough footers deck bounces
