They were prompt in coming to give an estimate, and were available for scheduling on the day I requested. They were a few minutes late arriving. The cleaning job they did was amazing! the windows never looked so good! however, once they got here, they realized that there had been an error on the estimate that resulted in my paying over $100 more than planned. I definitely feel that they could have handeld that part better. Overall I was pleased and would use them again.

I had Bell Cleaning give me an estimate in the Fall of 2010. His estimate for cleaning windows in & out for a 2 story house was $175. He arrived promptly and was very professional. I decided to wait until the Spring of 2011 to get the window cleaned. Due to unseen events I did not get around to calling until September. I left a message and he left me a message within 24 hours giving me a date his crew would be in my area. I confirmed that time. Due to heavy rains they called an left a message giving me another date and time. I confirmed that. They arrived 15 minutes early. All 3 crew members were friendly, clean and neat. They completed the whole house within an hour. I inspected each window and they all looked excellent. The original estimate had been $175 but since I had them to leave the 2 window air conditioners in the windows the charged me $5 less for a total of $170.
