So happy with the product and workmanship

The owner was incredibly rude. He claimed that the decking on our garage was too thin. The resolution was to apply a thin layer of decking over the existing one but still charge us the cost for total removal of the existing decking and putting on standard-thickness plywood. They claimed if we didn't elect to go with adding the additional layer of plywood he would finish the job then call an inspector to make sure it got all ripped up. They also installed gutters. None of the downspouts were plumb and were just attached to the gutters with a single screw. I could see daylight between the downspouts and the gutters. The owner is an extortionist.

We had a chance to check out his work after all the rain this past week. No leaks! Yay!

I really appreciated the no pressure style. Other companies pressured me and kept changing their price. All weather showed up after doing the research on my property gave me price options and let me be. My roof and new skylights look awesome!

Michael Wright was a phenomenal professional we worked with to accomplish our roof installation project. He was well prepared and knowledgeable, educating us on all their products and services clearly and concisely. No one else in this industry was as transparent and had the paperwork and referrals to back their stellar reputation. I have had some bad experiences with other roofing companies. So, it was immediately clear to me I was in good hands. They even communicated often with us, checking in to see if we had questions and letting us know when the products were going to be delivered. I felt confident and comfortable working with them and I would hire them again when my next roofing project comes up.

Having reached out to several roofing contractors I found the initial team (Steve quoted the job and Mark who is the owner) to be knowledgeable, extremely professional and competitive with the price. After signing the agreement I was assigned a representative (I was in contact with Paul) and he kept me updated on the timing of shingle delivery, dumpster and when the crew would be onsite to work. The work was completed within the timeframe they quoted and was done well. The roof looks great and they made sure the area around the house was left spotless without bits of shingles or nails. I would definitely hire them again and feel comfortable recommending them as a quality roofing company.

All Weather Exteriors was very responsive to my particular concerns about dumpster delivery and placement, underlayment, and landscape protection. They did excellent work. The whole crew was well-organized, hard-working, respectful, and friendly. The roof looks great, and the site is clean and unharmed. I'm glad they did the job.

When I had questions, they always had someone call me back with thorough answers. Great team, great work, I world hire them again in a heartbeat.... but I shouldn't need a roof for years to come!

The roofing job itself was fine. But the workers left a bad motor oil stain on neighbors driveway pavers. They came back and made attempts to clean. I finally had to do it myself. They did take $1000 off the bill. Still, I would rather have not had to take that on.

Extremely dissatisfied with quality and service. New roof with some structural repair. Sales was very knowledgeable so this is why we chose them. Crew spoke little to no English and did not understand Scope of job. There are 2 dips in our roof which we pointed out to Foreman. Someone from Company called us and said they would come to inspect. Waited several days and then received a bill for services via email. We called next day and Mike came to house and agreed we have dips in roof. Informed *I do not think the roof will leak and you have a 50 year warranty. Plywood should have been replaced before shingles were put on rood. Now that it is done, they do not want to redo correctly.* We expected roof to be done correctly and paid for a full job. Snow will accumulate in winter and we do not want issues 5 years down the road and then fight with GAF. Roof for a roof that was not done properly to begin with. Siding from house (Cedar Shakes) were removed by Installers. They never mentioned to us and threw them away. Informed by Mike that they do not do Cedar Shakes. Your crew removed and should replace. ( advertise for siding and windows) Took $500 off bill. Not what we wanted. Husband had a Stroke and will not be able to do.(We expect you to fix what you did and not provide $500 for us to do) Totally took advantage of an older couple. Found a Flora Bundy rose bush destroyed on side of house. Again not notified of damage by crew. I am now left with a roof that most likely will fail in 5 years, loss of a beautiful Flora Bundy rose bush, and siding that needs to be replaced. The crew also did not know how to replace the roof vent properly. Attempted to put on backwards and eventually duct taped the connection in the Attic. Do you call this Quality Work? Duct Tape... We thought we had hired a reputable company that would stand by the quality and service of their work. It is obvious they do not. Extremely disappointed and would never recommend. Expected that the roof be done properly and for you to stand by your work. It is obvious this is not the case. Extremely disappointed in the quality and service of this company.

Being a single homeowner and working for a big box home improvement store -I am quite aware of contractors not meeting the customers expectations. All Weather made my experience -easy and painless. The team did an amazing job, my husband and I couldn't be happier! The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, worked super hard, and ensured satisfaction! We have been so worried about the garage roof leaking, now we feel like we can sleep easier no matter the weather knowing that we have high quality roofs! Highly recommend!

The result was fantastic. Went extra steps to take care of things. Had the whole house and garage done. Very efficient, diligent and detail-oriented crew. Got 4 quotes and these guys were in the middle. Went with 50 yr GAF HDZ architectural. Clean-up after was great. Company communication was good. I'd recommend them. Had to have 5 sheets of plywood added or replaced. At $75/sheet (1/4 or 3/8") it seems a little excessive but I understand overhead costs. All good.

Works with respect and dignity ,they are very professionally oriented, And works within your budget.They are very quick to complete their projects and cleaning up after their work is remarkably. They keep time and work with you all the way through.

Awesome service. Very efficient, cleaned up well, done in a day for my size home, which was great. Good follow-up too. Got the dumpster off property the next morning. Love the new roof. Happy with everything.
