Description of Work: We have used her as a buyer's agent for our house up in New Hampshire. She is representing us to buy a house in NH. She is helping find properties and when she finds something good she lets us know and we drive up and take a look.

+ -1 moreOur lease was up on our apartment so we were deciding to rent or buy. We got pre-approved and were working with another realtor. We ended up working with Alice Kraft of Century 21 Circa 72 because our other realtor worked too far from most of the properties we were looking at. We found a house and purchased it. Alice guided us through the offer, purchase, and closing on the house. Alice was very helpful and professional, and despite our limited budget she treated us the same as any other client. Whenever we purchase our next home we look forward to working with Alice again.
