Actual Electrical Services

Bought an old duplex that had a single electrical meter, so I was paying for all electricity. Ray came out and split the electrical in three meters: unit 1, unit 2, and a common. This also included some rewiring of circuits throughout the house to ensure the units were isolated correctly. Ray coordinated everything with the city, utilities company, and was always on time and very mindful to minimize any inconveniences to my tenants. He also installed multiple hard wired multiple carbon dioxide/monoxide detectors making sure everything was 100% up to code. Professional, on time, promptly responded to all emails/texts, overall was a great experience. 100% would work with Ray again. Highly recommended.

Ray came over and tested the outlet, then tested the circuit breaker. Come to find out it was a faulty circuit breaker. He was polite, fast and did a great job.

This is the second time we have used Actual Electrical and will continue to use for all of our electrical needs going forward. Ray shows up on time, is super friendly and extremely professional. I feel he is very fairly priced, and very knowledgable.

There was a challenge with snaking the wiring in the bathroom. Ray advised me of what needed to be done at each point of the way. Heat lamp is in. All mess cleaned. Excellent overall experience. Very reasonably priced. Even with the added work, he kept to his agreed upon price. I feel like we got our money's worth. We have our new electrician for all future projects.
