+ -1 moreThere was nothing much to my experience with them. They took my old hard drive and dumped all my stuff onto the new hard drive, which was something I was not particularly comfortable doing myself. The work turned out fine. It took a while to get it done. Initially, one of the new hard drives that they were putting on failed probably because of a manufacturer?s problem, so they put on a new one; it took an extra day for that. The total price including the labor and the part was just about $190. I have not had this kind of work done before, so I don?t know how the price would compare. If I had gone online and purchased the hard drive, for which they charged $85, I would have paid about $50 for it, but that was understandable; their price seemed to be within the right range. I had gone to them about four or five years ago and would use them again in the future if necessary.
Description of Work: I went to Absolute Computer Options to get the hard drive on my laptop replaced.
