+ -1 moreIT WAS SO LONG AGO ALL I CAN REMEMBER IS THAT HE HAD TO BE CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO REPAIR LEEKS AT SOLDERED CONNECTIONS. THAT WAS THE ONLY TIME THAT IT HAPPENED AMONG ALL THE INSTALLATIONS DONE BY MANY DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS.
Description of Work: Installed a complete refrigeration unit for WALK IN COOLER.

+ -1 moreWhen it came to installing the unit and the money had been paid, they were fine, When it came to doing their job and making good on a unit not installed properly or a defective unit in general, they won't do anything!
Description of Work: I purchased a Toshiba central air unit from this company and his part of the job was to provide the unit, do the installation and service it as necessary. I put down my deposit as was his requirement and paid the balance upon completion of the installation. My electrician had to do the outside hook-up and did. The unit, when turned on, goes into error mode and cannot be reset by anyone but a technician. Mountain top air came out once and reset it, didn't stay long enough to see that it went back into error mode, left and won't return my phone calls; will not come back to fix or replace the unit.
