They were all very professional, very helpful, and very pleasant. If I had any questions, they answered them. They did a fine job, the garage doors worked fine. Their price was comppetetive and reasonable compared to any other service I had researched. They had the best price for excellent service and a really good quality product.

Great! I ordered materials over the phone, gave them a credit card number and the materials were delivered to my car port.

I called LaValley's to have someone provide me with a quote on new countertops. Spoke to Judy and we set up a time for a Sunday for her to stop by and take measurements. Sunday came and went, so did Monday. When I called on Tuesday I received an apology stating that she was not feeling well on Sunday and had not been able to come. Everybody is sick once in a while but to not call and tell me that she was not coming and then having to call 2 days later to get an explanation isn't the way to do things. I'm using someone else now to do my project.

Overall, the experience was excellent. They have garage packages; they pre-build the pieces, then deliver it and put it together. They put up a beautiful garage, and made the deadline at the price promised. There was one miscommunication with the person we were working with in the office (we wanted one more row of bricks on the foundation). They did work with us and came up with a nice solution for that problem. I'm happy with their services and I would use them again.
