We had some major water coming into the house due to ice dams, I found this company in the yellow pages, hoping that they had some sort of emergency service. The man who answered the phone, John, wasn't able to come out that night but did give me some advice on what to do until he could come out the next morning. Right away he set up a very large industrial dehumidifier and took moisture readings on the walls. Although our problem ended up not being covered by insurance, John has worked with us to minimize the damage and help us decide what our next steps should be. Coincidentally, we had a sewer back up just a few days later. John has worked with the insurance adjuster to coordinate the work that needs to be done, which has been a huge relief. Working with John and his crew has been simple and their help has made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone who has water damage or sewer backup.
Description of Work: We are having water damage minimized using industrial dehumidifiers. They are also replacing the walls, vanity, toilet, and flooring in a bathroom damaged by sewer back up.
