Description of Work: Repair some previous shoddy workmanship by another mason. Replace broken motor on brick and granite steps that had not held up over a few years. His mortar didn't even last through one winter. When I contacted him he did come to see it, but when asked to get back to me about possible solutions, he did not respond, after repeated calls.
