Description of Work: The builder of our house. Year built, 2009. Major issues with leaks. Fixed some while under warranty, others happened outside the warranty period. Would not suggest this builder to my enemy, if I had one.

+ -1 moreIn the 5 years I've lived in this house, Mr. Abdallah managed to side-step all the issues until after the year's warranty was up. To date the following issues have emerged: leaching of the garage wall thanks to the lack of water sealant on the outside below ground level; water damage to bathroom ceiling owing to a faultily installed vent pipe; water damage in the breakfast area thanks to a window installed above it with broken channels for water drainage; rotting around the front door owing to the lack of flashing and water/ice seal. I would not buy anything this man builds. I wish there were a way to sue him at this stage of the game.
