A Closer Look Inspections LLC

The home was neither brand new nor old. We didn't anticipate that Dave would find major problems, and he didn't, so it was perhaps an easy job. Nonetheless, he was thorough and communicative, pointed out what he did see even while explaining that it was minor, commented on the quality of various installations and what we might anticipate in terms of life expectancy. He talked about how a house is likely to 'settle', and the acceptable indications thereof. (He also had funny stories.) Informative and a pleasure! The price includes radon testing.

David did a home inspection for us. He was professional and encouraged us to go along with him for the inspection. We had a zillion questions... He answered each one to our satisfaction. The final report included much detail with images and text.

David Rand encouraged us to tag along and shadow him during the inspection and invited questions along the way. He was extremely thorough and found things we never would have noticed on our own. The problems he discovered were much worse than we expected and he saved us from making a very costly mistake. His report included pictures and detailed information regarding the condition of the home. It was very user friendly so that even someone like me could clearly understand his findings. I would highly recommend his work and we intend to use him again. Thanks to David we avoided a nightmare and will find our dream home!
