He was very professional and friendly. He called ahead to verify the problem and troubleshoot so that he would be able to fix the problem efficiently when he got here as well as any parts he needed to purchase. The job was done quickly and he was willing to answer questions and explain what he was doing and why.

I received a response within 15 minutes and scheduled service call right away to fix nonworking furnace. Arrived 20 minutes earlier than scheduled and diagnosed and repaired furnace within a half hour. Everything up and running quickly and totally satisfied with the service.
