Cloud 9 Tubs

The Cloud 9 Tubs team were a pleasure to work with. Jeff made sure the work order included everything we wanted and kept us updated on the status as materials were fabricated and shipped. Ron and Ron did a terrific job replacing and re-plumbing our old leaky bathtub, and expanding our shower in the master bath. They are all very pleasant to work with and complete professionals. We would absolutely hire them again!

I hired Cloud 9 to remove my tub and install a walk in shower. From the initial meeting with Jeff, planning the project, to the actual install by "the 2 Rons", this company was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful in providing me with options to meet my personal needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!! Their customer service was on a level you rarely see anymore!

This walk in shower is just what we wanted. Looks great and the install was awesome. Jeff gave us a good price, more competitive and great quality of materials and craftsmanship by the installers Ron and Ron. It looks like the bathroom was designed around the shower instead of the shower being added. Ron was punctual and arrived on time and when they left each day they left their work area clean. They worked hard having to climb up and down stairs wit a total of 56 steps round trip of which they made more than 40 trips each day bringing tools and materials to the work area. The results of their effort is a great looking shower. We could not be any happier with the finished product. A two thumbs up to Jeff and the 2 Rons. A good quality job for a good price. They gave us everything they promised and then some. THANKS

This walk -in tub is amazing! The health benefits are beyond words. The water jets and temp stability helps muscles, nerves and circulation. My husband is loving it and was finally able to get a good nights sleep. Jeff, Ron and Ron Jr. were wonderful, very professional. Great work and very knowledgeable. Customer service at its best!!

Our outdated Shower has been replaced with a beautiful tub and shower enclosure we are thrilled with, thanks to the professional and friendly service of Jeff, Ron and Ron. Beginning with Jeff who was patient and kind, and quick to respond to each question we had throughout the process. He was thorough and left us feeling confident from day one that we had chosen the right company for our bathroom project. Ron and Ron got the job done quickly, making sure to clean up when they were done at the end of the day and always with a smile and some friendly conversation. When we met with co-owner Jeff, he emphasized his company is committed to safety, quality of product, and customer satisfaction. Co-owner Ron is very experienced and did a great job taking out the old tub, putting in new plumbing and insulation, installing the shower, the surround, and sliding glass doors. He had all his own tools with him and cleaned up during and after construction. Jeff showed up to inspect the project when it was almost done and the total price was reasonable and much better than all the other companies that had given an estimate. We are very pleased in every way with our new shower and I feel these people are hard-working, honest, friendly to work with, punctual and kindly did some extra things that made the project even better and gave us a positive experience.
