Very smooth process. Owner responded to messages promptly and came out to look at the site and provided a quote within a day. The job was completed within the week and rate was very reasonable. Worker completed everything quickly and cleaned up the site well. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!
Description of Work: Removal of two trees that were right up against the house.

Business owner and two employees arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. with a cherry-picker and all other necessary equipment. While one employee chipped the brush and limbs from my neighbor's woodpile, the other two used the cherry-picker to trim limbs hanging gun over house and barn. Once the chipper was available, these limbs were removed and chipped. There was some concern about using the cherry picker to remove the two trees at the back of the barn because the ground was wet (recent rains) and it was rather tight -- the trees were hemmed in by the barn on one side and a fence on the other. However, they were able to extend the cherry picker from the front of the barn up over the ridgepole to the back and take most of the tree from there. Finally they trimmed the dead limbs from the other large tree (#3 above). The wet ground prevented them from grinding the stumps that day, but they came back a couple of days later and finished the job. Total time taken was between four and five hours. The crew was very efficient, very thorough, and very professional.
Description of Work: 1) Removed two substantial trees, ground the stumps to 6 inches below ground level, and filled the holes 2) Removed several substantial limbs from large maple trees which were hanging over my house and barn and could have caused considerable damage if broken in a wind or ice storm 3) Removed high dead limbs from another maple tree, and shaped the tree 4) Removed an air conditioner which slipped out of a window and fell on my roof earlier this year 5) Removed a large pile of old, small limbs on my neighbor's property 6) All wood and leaves were chipped into mulch and removed

Extremely well. Arrived as scheduled. Took the trees down with no damage to anything. Left no ruts from equipment. Removed all wood and debris and left the yard and beach area raked clean.
Description of Work: Removed three 50' + trees; adjacent to a house. One had already fallen into the lake.

The work was excellent. The crew positioned their equipment early, so that they could start work promptly. They also arrived on time. They worked hard each day, and put in a full day, cleaning up each evening. We had one day of hard rain, and the owner let me know in advance what to expect with the weather and when they would not be able to work. They did work through a couple of rainy days. They clearly explained policies up front, and stuck with their estimate. The work was completed on time. As the work progressed, I realized that I had 2 additional trees that needed to be removed and they accommodated the change at an additional fair cost. They answered every question I had. I could not have asked for a better experience, would use them again, and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Magoon Tree removed approx 40 trees, ground stumps, rough graded the property, and removed the debris. The majority of the trees were 60-90' pines and some were 4- 5' in diameter. Many were within 6-10' of the house or garage. The crew has their own bucket truck, front end loader, and chipping equipment. They completely ground all stumps, rough graded the area, and removed all debris. The two-man crew included the owner. They were punctual, hard working, cleaned up the area each day, and were very respectful of my property and the neighbors' property. They answered all questions, clearly explained how the work would progress, and thought of questions or issues that I would not have considered myself, e.g. where they could park equipment, what areas of the property needed protection like shrubs, special trees, etc. They are clearly an experienced crew.
