Many outrageous designs. Settled for bare minimum. Probably paid much more than I should. No attention to detail. The town inspector pointed out 11 deficiencies, which they tried to ignore and pass off. Then slid by with minimum correction.
Description of Work: "3 porch" actually screen porch. Deck. Approx cost of service was $60,000
Overall very well. We had a few additional issues with the siding that we were not aware of that were fixed and we did not need as much work done to the porch/deck as planned because the deck was attached correctly. The weather (Planned start was Oct/Nov)created some issues with the timing of getting things done. They also realized that the area around the back window would encompass more than was anticipated so it was decided to forego that repair for now. When they were finished we asked them to come back to fix a few thing such as a railing was put back on the deck even though they had gouged it out in places to remove it (it was less than a ft piece that was easily replaced). Also when putting up the new siding some of the old was cracked, basically because at that put it was so cold the wood was brittle so those pieces and the railing was repaired this spring when it warmed up!
