+ -1 moreHe said it would take 2 weeks. Here it is March and it's not complete. He won't return my calls or texts. He also had me pay him in cash so he wouldn't have to report it as earnings. I now have to hire someone to complete the project.
Description of Work: In July I hired him to replace a retaining wall.
