remodeling
 + -1 moreOn the top of the window I had to have him come back and put in more insulation as cold air was pouring in from the top. He states that the foam that he used did'nt expand right. He used almost 2 cans of "Great Stuff" when he cam back so I'm suspect of what he did do originally. This year I noticed by accident that there is a gap below the windowsill and just above the trim. You can see straight through to the outside. I may have missed it last winter or something may have settled over the winter. He was supposed to come over to fix it but has yet to show up and has stopped responding to my emails. After the work on my stairs I had plans to use him for a lot of work but can't recommend him for anything now.
Description of Work: After I had the company remodel my stairs, which was an outstanding job, I had him replace my living room windows. The carpenter who did most of the work on the stairs passed away just before starting the job so the owner, Jow Downing did the work.
