I would not recommend this real estate agency to anyone looking to either buy or sell a home. We have seen both sides of this agent and both are horrendous. When first meeting Darlene, she was our first stop for a real estate agent when we began the process of looking for a home. She was pleasant enough at our first meeting, but her office was messy and disorganized. Darlene appeared to be those things as well. Darlene pressured us into making offers on homes we were not satisfied with instead of dedicating time to finding the perfect home for us. She was frequently late to scheduled meetings, and also pressured us to push our budget outside of where we felt comfortable. She never had an answer to any of the questions we asked about the homes she showed us, and never suggested that she could find the information out. We eventually got tired of the unsure feeling she alway left us with, and went with a different realtor. About 6 months after our last interaction, we looked at a house that was listed with Darlene. The only day that worked with our schedules was a Saturday. Darlene took absurd amounts of time to respond to our realtor, got upset that we expected her to show us a house on her "day off", and refused to come out if we were not "serious buyers". Our realtor confirmed a time with her and we arrived early. Darlene showed up ONE AND A HALF HOURS later. She strolled in looking like she did not want to be there at all and stated that she "wrote down the wrong time" (but didn't apologize). For the entire time we looked at the home, Darlene stood in one spot in the living room with a frown on and her arms crossed. She (no surprise) answered, "I don't know" with a shrug every time we asked a question. The home ended up being more of a vacation home than a full time residence, so we did not make an offer, but I feel that even if we loved the home we would have walked away and not even thought twice about offering on it due to Darlene's completely out of line behavior. I would not recommend this realtor to anyone either buying or selling a home. She fails miserably on all sides of this coin.
