Description of Work: Have used him (Robert Dudley) twice. A Master Craftsman, actually an artist. Does excellent work at reasonable prices. You won't find anyone better at installing and finishing hardwood floors.

 + -1 moreOur whole experience with Rob was fantastic, he exceeded our expectations. He told us exactly what to expect each step of the way and then delivered according to plan. He called regularly to provide updates since we weren't at the house most of the time. Half way through the job we thought we may not have enough wood, and he took it upon himself to source similar flooring and offered to get more if it was needed. We also couldn?t make up our minds about the finish, and he was very patient in helping us make the decision, including providing samples of different finishes. Rob is a meticulous and efficient artisan, it was a completely worry-free and pleasant experience working with him. I would highly recommend him for flooring installations, he said he does refinishing jobs too.

Description of Work: Replaced damaged hardwood flooring in bedroom with 1" unfinished oak. Applied three coats of urethane to finish. THIS MAN IS NOT A "FLOORING CONTRACTOR", HE IS AN ARTIST!!!! I had previously used him two years ago to refinish my entire home which has hardwood (oak) throughout. He shows up on time, cleans up any mess he makes, and does beautiful work. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a master of his trade.
