Ultimate Green Cleaning

I made an appt for them to do upholstery cleaning on Sunday in a 10-12 window— no show. I made another for today in a 9 to 11 window. At 10:45 they called to say that they do not service my area. Fine. Couldn’t they have told me that to begin with? I would call them unreliable. No $$$lost but I did lose my time!!

Bill did a great job. Our sectional is 5 years old, but after 2 dogs and 2 toddlers, it was getting dingy. He was prompt, efficient, very warm and friendly, and sweet to my children, but really what amazed me was the sofa looks brand new! The will rugs are nice and bright again, and he even cleaned up a spot in my daughter's room for free after she got sick the night before. I am also thrilled his products are completely safe and non toxic. Very happy with UGC!

The rugs were clean. He ruined my floor damaging both grout and tile. He told me the grout was defective. An expert in hard surface restoration told me he used too high pressure, and he should have stopped as soon as he saw that the grout was being blown out of the floor. Furthermore, after multiple tests on the tile to try to restore it it was determined to be unable to be restored. I asked the owner to contact his insurance company which he has repeatedly refused to do. Is he really insured, I wonder. He said referring to claim to insurance would be an admission of wrongdoing on his part, and insurance fraud. I think continuing to ruin a floor when the damage could have been contained to a small area is negligence to say the least. Furthermore, his insurance company is supposed to determine the validity of the claim.

Prior to moving into our new home, we debated replacing the basement carpeting but decided to try having it cleaned first. We are so glad that we did. Bill arrived right on time. He was pleasant and professional. He worked very hard to get all the spots out of the carpet. The carpet looks brand new, even though I know it is over 10 years old. Bill even left a pair of shoe covers at the top of the basement steps when he was done so that our dirty shoes do not go on the newly cleaned carpet. I would not hesitate to use Ultimate Green Cleaning again in the future and would definitely recommend their services!

This is the second time I have used Bill Blydenburgh from Ultimate Green Cleaning. I have used several other carpet cleaning services over the 25 years I have been in this house but Bill has done the best job by far. I originally called him through a family member who told me he did all natural cleaning without the harsh chemicals that other vendors use. I was not sure how well it would go until I saw the results! Unbelievable! The stains that others before him said were permanent, were gone! Not only that, but the house had a clean wonderful smell, not one that smelled like a fake perfume or wet carpet. Even my husband said not to use anyone else when we need this done. I highly recommend his service. I am was very happy with the service the last time I used him and I am again very happy with the service, the price, the products he uses and most of all Bill is very professional and gets right to the work at hand.
