Koivu mowed our lawn and performed two or three minor landscaping projects over four or five seasons. Our only (minor) complaint up until May 2014 was having to call them prior to several holiday weekends over the years to mow the lawn as we were having yard parties. We always paid Koivu's invoices quickly and even tipped the individual employees from time to time. We were very satisfied until this year (2014) when Koivu never showed to mow our lawn nor did Greg Koivu respond to our telephone inquiries as to when he was coming to mow our yard. As of today, May 31, 2014, he has never called.
