+ -1 moreIt was a nightmare. It had all got to the point that I did not want him in the house anymore, but we had already paid him enough and I just wanted him to finish and get out. I do not want anybody else to get stuck with their kitchen by using them. He was highly recommended by the company we used for cabinets. He actually seemed okay and as time went by he was horrible. It came to a point when we won’t let him in the house. He could not be trusted. They were very good about asking constantly for money. Luckily I did not give him all the money in the beginning. He charged us $6000 just for demolishing. He charged us a lot and kept sending us bills. He had us make the guy who installed the refrigerator come and we had to replace the plumbing because we will get a leak. He made sure that we got the wiring done for the appliances that were in the house. This guy was a total jerk. I will never use him again. Dream Kitchens said that they were actually surprised with the work he did.
Description of Work: I used Gavin Construction Inc because he was recommended to me by Dream Kitchens. He hired subcontractors to do interior work. They had to come back many times. The tiles were not completed and they left gaps in it. There was wiring under the cabinets and they thought it was okay have it all showing under the cabinet. Once the work was done they kept saying the work was not done.
