Things went great. Kevin came out around 5 PM one night to look at our unit. He checked out the venter to see if it could be repaired. The minute he opened it up, even I knew it was beyond help. (Terribly corroded) Kevin was able to provide us with an estimate within a day or so and we moved forward with the project. I believe he was able to order the chimney and do the install within 7 days. Great work, super friendly.

Kevin is a cool, calm, and mature professional who is extremely knowledgeable and treats the client with respect. Work was done on schedule and without drama. My only complaint (goes to quality score) is that the exhaust venting was installed while I wasn't home and is bulky, unattractive, and occassionally vents natural gas fumes onto my deck. I would have appreciated a conversation about expectations regarding the exhaust piping since this is not what I was expecting and nothing like what existed for the previous oil furnace vent.

Installation went well. Was complete in 2-3 days. Questions were answered quickly. Very friendly team.

The service guy, the son, promised us a cheaper price, but low and behold the owner marked it up $300. Then they played stupid about the price quote. So we payed the bill but won't use them again. I'm not a fan of dishonesty or being treated like liars.

The technician said he would explain to the office what had happened and hopefully they would not charge for the service call. I thanked him for his effort and fully expected to be charged. It turns out they waived the service charge which made me very grateful. I would recommend Absolute Mechanical for their compassion and for not charging me for the mistake I made.

Went great, very satisfied, very happy. Was a rather tricky and quot;conversionand quot;, as we also have a radiant heat system that uses the same boiler, and the natural gas boiler (provided at a substantial discount by National Grid) does not provide for a radiant heat system internally, so Kevin had to come up with a solution that allowed everything to still work once we turned off the oil burner (which had its own internal control for the radiant heat system). Kevin talked through the system and the options with us extensively, and designed a system that works better than our old one did. He also found a bunch of inefficient settings in the old system, which he fixed; clearly, Kevin understands our HVAC system better than those who installed it, and/or performed the annual maintenance. Highest marks.

We choose to work with Absolute Mechanical Systems on a big project this summer of converting our heating system from oil to natural gas. The project required some good amount of coordination and management. Kevin Gorgoglione, the head of the company, was a perfect fit for this job. He was knowledgeable, honest, fast, reliable and very pleasant to deal with. His crew was awesome. People that work for him reflect the owner pretty well. They were professional, fast, and very pleasant to deal with. We felt well taken care of. It is November now, system works perfectly and we are enjoying the savings. Natalia Kaylin

Steve arrived early and got to work. It took about 4 hours to do everything. Absolute stands by their work and the products installed. We had some issues with the humidifer making some noises during operation and Steve returned several times to address without charge. In the end, the issue turned out to be a setting needing to be adjusted on the humidifier to reduce the amount of steam output. After making that final adjustment, we have had no issues.

Kevin and his crew descended on our home before 8 a.m. and completed the work by about 6 p.m. that evening. I was amazed at how much they were able to accomplish in one day. We had a 45 year old American Standard boiler and piping replaced by a new, high efficient model. The old system vented through our chimney, in order to get the maximum efficiency out of the new boiler, the duct to the chimney was sealed and new a new vent and flue were installed. The 15 year hot water heater was removed and replaced with a new indirect hot water heater. The crew was courteous and respectful and went about their work professionally. The subcontractor brought into handle the gas line was also professional and efficient. After completion of the work, Kevin took the time to explain to me how all of the components of the system work. We are very happy with our new boiler and hot water heater!
