Description of Work: I contacted Watertech to ask if they would get the pump going in my summer camp. They had done work for us in the past and I was extremely satisfied with them. George Daniels went to the camp and determined that we needed a new pump. He replaced the pump and started the water up for us.

 + -1 moreIt was Memorial Day weekend and we were opening up our summer camp for the season. We purchased a new water pump and were unable to get the water going. We called Watertech out of desperation and received a call back within a few hours on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. The fellow apologized for not getting back to me sooner and was at our house within the hour. He checked the pump installation we performed and repaired the check valve at the well point. He was pleasant and efficient. We had called Watertech the year previous for some work and were very pleased with them at that time as well. This is a summer house on a lake that freezes each winter and there are many problems getting the water going in our house. I also suggested to Watertech that they offer a service to folks like us that would like to have the water turned on in their home prior to arriving at their summer camp. They said they would consider it and I for one would certainly avail myself of this service.

Rapid and perfect solution to condensation problem. Call-back after a week to make sure everything was working in expected manner. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.  + -1 moreI had no water called George at 3:30 in the afternoon, he was there at 4:00. George found the problem right away and worked replacing the well pump the same evening. He explained everything he was doing, and showed me the problem. (the well pump was holding on by a thread, and clogged). His price was extremely reasonable and repaired at the last minute. I would recommend George for any well problems.

 + -1 moreHe came to assess our problem the day after I called. He did a free water test and recommended solutions (which were less expensive than a couple of other people that I had talked to) . He explained everything he was doing in detail and got to work right away. I would recommend this company for anyone who has problems with their water.
Description of Work: He replaced our broken well cap and fixed the run-off drain. Then he installed a salt-free iron filter so we would no longer have rusty stains in all our tubs, toilets, sinks etc.

 + -1 moreJust tell George to fix the problem. He will do the job and will charge you fairly for his work.
Description of Work: I hate to admit that an outside water hose that I repaired broke and pumped most of the water out of our dug well. I called George and he responded immediately. He thought that the sand had built up in the well and was causing the foot valve to malfunction as well as just being nearly our of water. He used a pump to dredge the sand out of the well and we were both surprised to see how little sand was there. He also noticed that the water in the well was getting deeper. I asked him to replace the foot valse as it was rather old. We then went in to the house to prime the pump. At this point he noticed that the pump was having a tough time priming. Of course not the hose outside was under full flow and making it hard to prime the pump. George asked if the was any water running any where and it suddenly dawned on me about the hose. I had thought it was turned off. So the call was really unnecessary and my wife will never let me live this down, lol. Nonetheless George was professional all the way through and we plan to have him come back to check our well water once things are back to normal. (And George stops laughing) He is a great guy and he has our unqualified recommendation.

 + 0 moreI called them about an odor problem with my well water. I inherited my home from my father, and already have a water conditioning system, but it's only a softener and does nothing about removing odors in the water. First, they performed a water test. Then, they checked my existing system, and instead of trying to sell me a new one (like a local plumber did!) they answered all of my questions about it, made some adjustments so that it will operate more efficiently, gave me suggestions about maintenance, AND told me that it does NOT need to be replaced and will still last for years! Then they answered my questions and provided me information and price quotes on systems to remove the odor. I decided to go with the unit which had the highest initial cost, but is all self-maintaining, no filters to replace, no salt to add or anything like that. They installed a Water Right 1.5CF Impressions Air/Carbon automatic backwashing odor filter. It's GREAT!!! I can use my water now! I HIGHLY recommend this company! I have nothing bad to say. They are EXCELLENT, one of the BEST places around to do business with. In my opinion you can't go wrong with them, give them a call!
