+ 1 moreIt went very badly. There were numerous defects in the construction that required us to hire a structural engineer to appease the building inspector. Materials that were paid for were not delivered which required us to spend the money twice. He hired his girlfriend at our expense but she was rarely there.
Description of Work: We hired Doug Gay to build our new home including hiring subcontractors for which we paid.
