Description of Work: They pumped the septic system and tested to see if the plugged basement bathroom drain pipe had been cleared by pumping out the septic tank. The This This is the 3rd or 4th time we have had Felix Septic Service pump our septic tank. On each occasion the representative has been courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This current service also involved testing to see if the plugged drain pipe from our downstairs bathroom had been cleared by pumping the tank. When it was obvious we still had a plugged drain pipe the Technician tried evacuating the drain pipes into the house. Unfortunately this didn't completely resolve our problem but we knew it might not be the solution when we arranged for the service. However it was time for our regular septic maintenance anyway. My experience with Felix Septic Service has always been positive and I plan to continue as a customer.

The initial call was during the weekend and we received a courteous answer and set up an appointment for the following week to have our septic tank pumped. It was quick and easy. The man that showed up was fast and professional.

 + 2 moreI think that the guy that was working for them showed us what was going to happen, and said he will try it but he's not sure if it's going to work, so he went above and beyond to provide the service that would have been less of a problem for us. Their customer service was professional and reasonable.
Description of Work: Felix Septic Service came out and was able to help us a lot with our septic tank. They cleaned the septic tank and fixed a back up that was at the septic tank. Instead of going in and fishing out the problem, he used a vacuum and tried to vacuum up on the pump really high. I was able to watch the problem. It took several tries and he was actually able to do that. If he had not been able to do that with snakes or more to clean out the blockage.

 + -1 moreAfter calling around to different septic companies I've found Felix to be the most reasonable. They priced our pump out for the 1500 gallon tank at $250 plus $25 to dig out the cover up to 2 ft. Several other companies quoted over $300. Felix gave a window of 8am-noon that they would show. At 1230 I called them and was told the driver had an emergency at a different home and would be delayed. I can understand this but it would have been nice if they could have called me to advise the delay. The driver showed up at 2:30pm did what he needed to do and left. The driver was friendly and did what was expected. I would use them again as the office staff was easy to work with and driver friendly. Emergencies happen but I hope for next time there is a delay they can notify me instead of me having to call.

Description of Work: We had sewer start backing up into our basement on a Sunday and called them to come pump our tank. They were here within a couple of hours, pumped the tank and gave us a few tips for clearing the line between the house and tank, answering all of my son's questions.

 + -1 moreThey were very responsive, friendly, courtesy and neat. I had them give me a quote on another issue I was having. They along with other companies wanted to replace my leach field. I found another company that said, "I didn't need my leach field replaced, but just need something much minor and less expensive done."
