"Piper" was first contacted on 7/6/15 re: roofing a shed, date was set for 7/9/15 for a site visit, take measurements and provide a proposal. Robert Piper came as agreed and took his measurements. He also provided a proposal, a list of 10 referrals (all within a 15 mile radius and some we knew personally), a "Customer Care Program", a separate history of the company, Certificates of accomplishments from various roofing manufacturers, and an achievement cert. from the BBB of NH. The proposal was signed and returned with a $200 deposit with a stipulation that work was not to commence before 7/26/15 and a verbal agreement that it be finished before the "cold weather". Materials were ordered and delivered around the 2nd week of August. Bob Piper arrived on site about August 21 and did everything in an expeditious, professional manner, including the clean-up. Extremely pleased with workmanship

I would say that my experience dealing with Bob could not have been any better. He made the decision making easy and did an excellent job on the roof. Also, before the roof was installed, I called him to ask if he could check the insulation in the roof before starting the job to verify that we had sufficient insulation. (This cabin does not have an attic; the ceilings are cathedral and paneled in pine, so you cannot see the insulation from the interior.) He told me on the phone that based on the size of the soffits, etc (might be a different term) that he figured we probably had about six inches of insulation, but he would still check. Well, 20 minutes later he called to tell me he drove over to the cabin to check becuase he was curious and wanted to ensure there were no surprises the day of the install. Fortunately, there was more insulaion than anticipated. I was quite surprised that he took the time to drive over that day, and it was greatly appreciated.

Sloppy workmanship; many nails left around; 2 flat tires as a result; provider will not return my calls to correct shoddy workmanship. I will not refer people to him.

An excellent experience. Calls promptly returned and all questions and concerns answered. Highly recommended!

Took them longer than expected due to cedar shingles but did not charge us anymore. Had to come back due to some leaking around 2 stone chimneys. Bob the owner came back on Christmas eve. He got the leaks taken care of an even asked us later if everything was OK. Overall, did a great job with a challenging old house.
