He was extremely professional and at the same time made me feel like a close friend who genuinely wanted to ensure I would be happy with the home and prepared for any issues with it. He examined the home meticulously - each step of the way taking the time to show me in detail what he found - be it good or bad... and did so at a great price and with a Fantastic sense of humor. I truly felt Hank had my best interest at heart through the entire process. I highly recommend Hank to all my friends and family - Red Dog is the only way to go!
