Description of Work: this was a 16 by 16 deck with consideration for possibly converting it to a room in later years. They came out and gave an estimate with plenty of detail both for materials and labor. Prepared the ground for footings (sauna tubes), set up building inspector schedules, obtained materials and delivered them. Carried materials back to work area. Raked and cleaned up construction area when thru. Always kept me informed as to their plans and schedules. Very courteous and mindful of my needs.

Description of Work: The owners came in to my home and fully analysed what was casuing the structural deterioration of the foundation of my family room addition and attached deck. The front corner of my family room had dropped over 10 inches and was causing windows and doors not to close. In addition, the sheetrocked ceilings were cracking. The stairs were at an angle and I had terrible drainage issues around my deck. Mr Kelly and his partner outlined in detail what they would do to correct the drainage issue, stabilize the foundation and level the room and deck. they re-secured the footing anf pylons beneath the addition of the room. Key Essential showed up on the date and time they told me and by the end of the first day my house was level and corrective actions had been made to never have these issues again. The drainage that was running under and around my house was properly re-routed, with the correct piping. A proper foundation wall was started by building forms with rebar so the cement could be delivered the next day. After the concrete was poured, they started to rebuild the deck, re-hung the interior door and windows so everything closed properly. They built replacement stairs and handrails that matched to the railings of the exisitng deck. They rebuilt the retaining wall and regraded the area with loam and mulch.
