I was very pleased with the inspection that was performed. They gave me a nice thorough review of their inspection along with photos of any issues that they found. We have lived in the house for 2 years and have had no surprises. It was a great comfort to have an inspection done prior to our purchase. The fresh baked cookies were a nice touch.

Company was scheduled to perform a home inspection on a condo that we were purchasing in Nashua NH. Inspector arrived and was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. While we had others in the condo, the inspector performed his eight-point inspection. He reviewed the report and left. The final report was delivered and reviewed. Not until a painting company arrived many weeks later to paint the interior of the unit did we find some dry rot on one window. We immediately telephoned the inspection company. I believe the owner came out and reviewed the problem. He stated that Home Smart Inspection stands by it's inspectors and report and would take care of the problem. We mentioned that if they were able to schedule the repair within a week or so, our contract painters would leave this area for last and Home Smart would not have to paint after the repair. We had NO contact from Home Smart for weeks. After numerous telephone calls and very angry messages, the father of the owner called to do the repair. He set up a time and did not show up - he called after the no-show to reschedule. We requested to speak with the owner - at this time the father asked "what would you like me to do"? After a formal letter was sent to the company, we waited and waited and waited. Nothing has happened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
