Called same day I put in request and scheduled within the week for work. When he showed up, he not only explained/took care of our issue, but also troubleshot two other issues that had cropped up in the meantime with no complaint. Would recommend and use again!

Enormously professional and responsive. He ID'd the problem nigh immediately after going out of his way to make it here during my odd work schedule. Because of past experiences, it is hard for me to trust professional estimates outside my areas of expertise. With this contractor, he showed me everything that he was doing and it wasn't nearly as bad of a problem as I thought, though he COULD have taken advantage of that, he didn't. I will be using Einstein exclusively from now on because of this visit, and I'm usually a "hard sell".
