Description of Work: My geothermal system is only 3 yrs. old. I never felt the system was working correctly. My previous service provider tried their hardest to fix it but it seemed nothing really worked to improve it. I called Ultra, they came within a few days inspected the system and found a blockage in the system. They fixed it and the system is performing better than ever. Chris, the Technician was knowledgeable and professional and took the time to answers all my questions. A job well done.

Description of Work: Gave us the information not provided by the company that installed the system, about how use and maintain. They also detected a flaw in the installation (pipe blocked removal of the filter) that we would not have seen until trying to change the filter.

Description of Work: Owners and employees were very responsive and pleasant. Work was performed on schedule in a very neat and organized manner. Crews were very helpful and informative. All my questions and concerns were answered and I'm very satisfied with the results. I've even volunteered to show my system to any potential customers. My house was a retrofit, changing from an oil boiler and base board heating to geothermal closed loop forced hot air.

+ -1 moreThey were excellent. The workmen were neat and very conscious of our space. They were efficient and very respectful. Their was one little hitch and they came back right away to fix it. The system is awesome. My husband and I cannot say enough about them and the system.

+ -1 moreWe feel like they misrepresented themselves from the beginning. On their website it says if installed properly the unit is so quiet the homeowner cannot even hear the unit running, but this is not true at all. They have actually changed their website since they have had problems with us. They were a little bit condescending to me when I spoke with the project manager about the noise problem. We had held back full payment because of the problems we were experiencing, and they gave us a hard time about this so we paid. After this they still gave us a lot of trouble about getting the noises fixed. They finally did come out to look at the noise coming from the unit and after they could not get it fix they told us this is normal. This was not their story from the beginning. We have just had a lot of issues with the unit and the company has not been backing up their product and not honoring the warranty. We are even thinking about contacting the attorney general?s office about handling this
