Respro Decks

Steve and his guys showed up on time and got the job done quicker than expected and cheaper. I have waited a long time to get my deck repaired looking for the right contractor and I believe I found them. I definitely plan on having them back to build a deck for my rental property.

Respro decks did a great job for us. They responded very quickly. Got the job right on the first try. We didn't have to ask them to change anything.

Steve was knowledgeable and answered all our questions right from the beginning. He made minor changes we requested as the deck was built with no problem. He and his crew were on time each day and wasted no time. They were courteous and cleaned up well when the deck was completed. He left us with peace of mind that if anything came up that needed his attention, he would be here. We would highly recommend Respro to anyone.

Excellent job building my deck. Prompt service, reliable contractor ( unusual for my past expiriences with them), fairly priced. Only contrator that gave input into a better overall design of my deck to reduce cost and make a more attractive finished product. Also seemed genuinely friendly ( not faking to get my $$$) and took pride in his craftmanship. Best contractor i have hired to date.

After 4 days on the job, we had to let him go. Although the trek decking looked great, we could tell the framing and stairs didn't look right. We got a new builder who got the local building inspector involved. This is when we learned the porch failed three building codes. 1) Support posts not cut to fit. One with a shim more then a quarter inch. One with a shim at the bottom. 2) Twenty foot horizontal beam should only be spliced above supports. This wasn't done resulting in a beam that was not structurally sound. 3) The rise of the top step was 1/2 an inch greater than all the other steps. All the trek boards had to be taken up. A new twenty foot beam installed. New support post. New stairs.

They did a very good job.The job was done on time.They did a few extra thing at no cost to me.

The job was to extend a 12 X 16 deck to 12 x 40, with stairs going from 10' down to ground. I got estimates from three contractors and went with Respro because Steve Pierce gave the best price and enough detail about the job that I knew it would come out excellent. We just got Steve back to do another job and once again we're very happy with the results.

We are in the possess of final deck plan. Did not sign contract yet. Will be this week
