Description of Work: Needed a new computer

Description of Work: Purchased a refurbished computer through Lenharth and was told that they would transfer data from an old computer and would remain available for follow-up help with any problems. The work itself has been ok, but getting the work scheduled and done has been a major hassle. Messages have often been ignored for weeks on end, even after follow-up messages were left. In general, it seems they are capable of good work, but simply have too many things going on or, for whatever other reason, are unwilling to respond and/or follow through on promises in a timely way. Problems with computer have continued and I have now simply decided, after repeated delays for more than a year, to get the needed work done elsewhere.

Description of Work: Replaced and/or repaired the lcd and/or lid on my macbook pro 15"; the lid etc had become partially detached from the body of the laptop; the laptop was basically unusable; also fixed the trackpad which had stopped working.

Description of Work: We called them because we needed help with our computer wireless system and printing. Our laptop stopped doing these things and we did not know how to fix it. Lenharth Systems came at the appointed time and fixed our problems completely. Our pc was not under warranty with HP anymore, and the HP help line seemed more interested in selling us a new laptop than helping with our issues. But Lenharth Systems helped us with our issues.
