 + -1 moreVery likeable. Our house was outside Mike's usual business area but he was familat with the location. State of NH refused the first plan and accepted the revised plans (no cost for revisions).

 + -1 moreExcellent. The state DES rejected the first plan submitted because it included a special feature that I requested. Mike re-designed it so that I could still achieve my goal and receive the state approval stamp. The new system was installed (by a separate contractor) and is working perfectly.
Description of Work: Mike Groover performed a septic system design, including test pit soil analysis, site survey, drafting formal plans and, filling out the required permit applications. He was very informative and gave me several options to consider, along with their pros and cons. He was also very accommodating to my special and unique requests for the new septic system. A true professional.

 + -1 moreMr. Groover is a septic designer/inspector licensed by the state of NH. He was very responsive and punctual and patiently answered all questions, he even made himself available should any additional questions come up. He completed the design plans within a week, which was very helpful due to the difficulties of excavating during the winter season. As is required by the state of NH, the plans were submitted to the Dept of Environmental Services and the design which met or exceeded code standards was quickly approved. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Groover to anyone who needs septic design services.
