Todd was excellent from the first day he came to look at the job until the completion of the bathroom. Lots of attention to the details. As this is our only bathroom, we needed to be away from the house while the renovation was completed. Todd, and his team - plumber & electrician worked extremely well together to meet the time crunch so when we returned a week later the bathroom had functional plumbing and the final details were finished up within a few days. The tile looks great and the finish work is very nice! I would recommend Todd in a minute! He was very professional, worked very neatly! and went over and above the call of duty when we realized I had ordered the wrong size shower rod. He made an extra trip to get a temporary one installed so the shower was available for use when we got home. Very nice job, best experience I have had with a contractor, ever!

Todd was and is professional through out. He was very generous with his time giving an estimate and talking thru our plans. I found his craft to be precise and with great attention to detail. He coordinated with all the outside contractors and they were all exceptional. His prep work was conscientious to our home as was his scheduling. We felt completely comfortable at all times. Friendly, professional, competitive pricing with great associate contractors for the plumbing/electrical/disposal/mudwork. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. A+ all the way....

Major overhaul of kitchen. Everything was new including tile floor, all cabinets, build of new island and counters as well as all detailed carpentry. Todd was great with all specific details that were required, guidance on cabinets and coordinating all other contractors for plumbing, electrical and appliances. Kitchen came out great, couldn't be happier with Todd.

He did a great job. He listened to exactly what I wanted. He was very neat and clean throughout the whole process and had a lot of creative ideas. He really does quality work and is very accessible. He also did another job for me before this in March where he remodeled the inside of my house.

I contacted Todd by email. We set up an appointment for him to come by the house to take measurements, discuss the project and potential timeframe of when he could start. He also showed us pictures of decks he had previously built. Todd sent the estimate by email and even spoke with the building inspector for the city to see if the inspector had any concerns with the cable rail system. I accepted his estimate with the understanding that he had committed to finishing two jobs before he could start on my deck. I'm glad I waited. The deck looks great. This was the first time he used a stainless steel cable deck system and it looks fantastic. Todd is reliable, professional and did great work. He is very easy to work with and I would highly recommend him.

We are very happy with how this project turned out! In order to keep on our budget, we wanted to do much of the demolition and painting ourselves,and Todd was really good at working with us to achieve our dream kitchen within our budget. He did an amazing job managing the whole project, including taking care of a problem with the cabinet supplier. The finished kitchen is more beautiful than we could have imagined.

The deck only took about 6 days to complete. He came back the following week to do the cement stairs and the railing. He started the day he said he would, charged the exact amount we agreed to during the estimate process. I had a inspector look at everything after the work was complete and everything was up to code. I will use again the future when I have the need.

My husband and I were building a house and taking on the role of General Contractor ourselves with a little help from a friend. Todd gave me an estimate for the installation of my kitchen cabinetry that I had already put a down payment on. He did not end up doing the work because my husband and I decided that we had enough of the insanity and hired a real general contractor to finish the house, who insisted on doing the install himself BUT... Todd went out of his way to come by and take a look at the job in a timely manner as we were in a big hurry. He was very pleasant on the phone and returned all calls almost immediately. When we met, he was very knowledgeable and had questions for me that another contractor hadn't even thought to ask, so I learned I had options that I was not previously made aware of. Todd's estimate came in lower than the other local contractor. He also offered to work with the kitchen designer on my behalf because the communication between us just didn't seem to be working out. Had we not decided to hire the general contractor the finish the entire house, we most definitely would have hired Todd.

The project went extremely well and my husband and I are both extremely happy with the results. Todd was very accommodating and helpful and his extra efforts to pick up out tile for us and other little things were big bonuses. The quality of the work is excellent and looks fantastic.

It went great!!! Tony is very trustworthy and excellent with his work! He does excellent work with cabinetry and really excels in his cabinet making!

Our house was built in the early 1900's . The kitchen was severely outdated. Outlets were at a minimum . It had a partition wall that divided the kitchen limiting space. The remodel was long overdo! We had 2 other estimates done and Todd was recommended to us by a friend. He came to do the estimate and spent 2 hrs with us going over the layout of the kitchen, what we wanted ,and gave us recommendations of his own to help us with the new design. His experience in kitchen design was an asset to us because this was our first time doing a large remodel. His estimate was right on target and fit in our budget. Todd made the experience as painless as possible. He was professional , punctual, and respectful. At the end of the day he would tell us what he accomplished for the day and what the next steps would be. No question was ever too small. He was always available to answer any questions, either by phone or e-mail.He was very detailed and his work was done with precision. The carpentry and tile work was done flawlessly! His plumber, Gary, and plasterer Rick, were fantastic! We have a laundry area in our kitchen.Gary made it possible during the remodel to keep our washer hooked up so we could do laundry! Rick , with 30 yrs of plastering experience, is a master at his trade! Todd cleaned up each night and dust was kept down to a minimum, a bonus! We were comfortable leaving him in our house for the day and eventually our cat would keep him company in the kitchen! We were so happy with the kitchen work we had him install a new window in our bathroom before he left! We absolutely love our new kitchen! We are planning to have him back in the Spring for other projects.

The job went very smoothly overall. There are always minor problems that have to be worked around during the job. We discussed how we thought the job should be done. I felt he had a good technical construction knowledge and I liked his ideas on how to fix the problem. I stayed out of his way but was available if he had a question. I had agreed to get rid of the debris when he first looked at the job, and that was one thing that helped keep the price very reasonable. We had to look through all the board and batten siding I had to find the best pieces. Some was no good but I still have some left for future small repairs. Being retired was good because I could separate the stack of siding, get debris out of his way, and I could see exactly how it was going back together again for future reference. I even took a few photos. He finished in one day.

Todd was recommended to me by a very particular friend. She had used him for some finished carpentry and was very impressed with the quality of his work. As she is hard to please, I knew that Todd was the right man for the job. On his initial visit, Todd showed up to my house on time and we discussed what I was looking for in a deck. He took measurements, made notes and e-mailed me an estimate within a few days. I had gotten about 5 estimates, and his price was right in the middle. I had wanted him to do the work during a particular time period, which he was willing and able to do. Todd paid close attention to how I wanted my deck to look and to the materials I wanted used, and he went above and beyond to make it come out just how I had pictured it. It took him approximately 6 days from start to finish. His business card says he is "reliable, responsible, qualified & insured. Has over 20 years of experience in the building trades." I would also add he is a nice person, respectful, trustworthy and easy to work with. He does General Construction, Home Repairs, and Kitchen Installations. I love my new deck and would highly recommend Todd Forsythe.
