Don was very quick to say that he could come and help us. As it turned out, we were able to get the dishwasher in place, but I enjoyed speaking with Don and would not hesitate to call him for future work. He is very professional.

Don arrived on time, kept the job site clean while working and did a great job of installation. The site was left clean and Don thanked us for our business when he was done. Our dogs liked him too.

Don Marcotte and his workers were very responsive and performed the removal of the riverstone floor and replaced with flat rocks in a timely and professional manner.

Doa's quote was just a bit higher than the other but his knowledge of product and service was great. The install was perfect the crew was on time and cleaned up like they weren't even there. And it looks great.

Don worked with us on saving by letting us do some demo. We removed the old floor. The crew was always on time. Clean up was great. The floors look great.

Excellent. Always cleaned up after they were finished for the day - important when your house looks like a construction zone. Asked for preferences as to which way we wanted the floor boards to run. We're very pleased with the overall result.

I was very pleased with Don and his Son's work. I received a recommendation for Don from my plumber, Jon Pettigrew, whom I trust. Don was timely on scheduled appointments for estimates, was honest and upfront during the process. I met Don at his showroom to review products. Don was knowledgeable and current on materials and competitive on costs. Convenient credit card transactions with ~ 50% deposit. I scheduled an appointment. When Don arrived, I was not as prepared for his visit as I would have liked, I was unable to move the appliances in advance. I was in the process of traveling for work and changing jobs. I was stressed out. Don stepped up, took care of the movement of the appliances and got to work. Throughout the first day, a number of pictures were shared on progress which was excellent. The previous home owner had taken shortcuts and Don identified the changes and was upfront and honest about scope increase. We agreed on the scope and he finished the job on the second day. It looks GREAT! So happy with the final product. Additionally, was grateful for the peace of mind that it was done correctly and will last many years. THANKS DON!!

I was having difficulty finding a tile that I liked. Don sent me to a tile warehouse where I was helped pick and design the floor that I wanted. I was not home during the time that Don was replacing the flooring. Don came the Sunday before starting job and we talked about where to move and store the appliances, Appliances stored on hardwood floors on coasters, no damage or scratches to floor or walls. Everything was put back exactly as it had been before replacing the floor. Protective plastic put in doorways to keep dust from rest of the house. Don and I talked every day, to be sure that I liked the way that the tile design had been laid, mention any issues that I had. One issue was the dishwasher couldn't clear the tile....this was corrected the same day that I mentioned it. At the end of each day, all supplies, equipment were neatly stacked, dust vacuumed and area cleaned so that I could use the kitchen My garage was used for the "workroom" and this too was kept clean. I have no complaints or suggestions for improvements. He and his group of workers were all very professional, punctual. I would recommend him to anyone that needs tiling done.

Don arrived at the agreed time and date. He and his crew removed the tile and prepared the floor for the new tile. The new tile was installed and new baseboard was installed. The Job was neat, clean and professional. The last time we had flooring work done was about 16 years ago, in the kitchen. Don did the work then.

The owner was very knowledgable about current day products, and was able to provide solid advice on installation materials. He also was able to provide valuable input towards the design and configuration of the shower tiles and recessed niche. The 2 installers were always prompt and courteous throughout the installation. I felt very safe with this company being in my residence at all time, and never questioned their professional or personal ethics at any time. I would re-hire this company in a heart beat!

Don does excellent work but what makes him stand out is his responsiveness. That is so important to us. He returns calls and emails and does what he says he is going to do. Everyone wants a contractor they can "trust". We found one.

I find his workmanship excellent. More importantly, he does what he says when he says for the price quoted. He also has advised me on altering projects so that they would cost me less money. Don is a man of high integrity and excellent skill. I highly recommend his work.

He was referred by my general contractor, and I was very happy with everything about Don.

They did it in a timely manner. They left the place very clean and the job was very well done. The floors were everything they promised they would be. The prices were reasonable.

Don completed a 2 day job in one to meet our schedule. He tiled our renovated bathroom and did a beautiful job. He had to leave and return hours later to complete the job. When he first arrived, I mentioned some issues I had with our tile backsplash in the kitchen. This was unrelated to the bathroom job. He told me I needed caulk instead of grout and when he left for lunch, he returned with matching caulk and fixed our tile backsplash. It was a perfect job. He is the second generation of tile setters and floor installations so he knows his business well. We will use him again.
