It was a pleasure working with Brad! He showed up to the appointment early. He went over every step of the process with us. He cleaned up his work area and left everything back to the way it was when he found it. Very neat and clean. He was very honest, knowledgeable and professional! Being first time home owners and knowing NOTHING about a septic system....Brad made us feel very comfortable about the whole process and made sure we now know the ins and outs of having a septic system at our home and how to care for it properly. Service Tech was on time and professional. This company was actually recommended by our Home Inspection company, Seacoast Inspections....both highly rated by all reviews. This inspection was done in March, the ground was frozen and this inspection was quite a bit of work. Our professional stayed at it and was able to provide a detailed report and photos...as well as showing me all of it as I was there... I feel that I am educated and the inspector was very thorough. Turns out the system was in great shape, minor recommendation to install a manhole over the tank itself and a recommendation to pump the tank as it has not been done for 12 years. Overall, we are very satisfied...I believe that we received an honest evaluation.

These guys were recommended to us by our house inspector. The specialist arrived on time and took no time in getting started. He dug up the tank and field with no issues even with a foot of snow on the ground and frozen ground. Turns out our cement lid is 30 years old and amazingly large. No issues for them, he lifted it right up and gave us the run-down of everything septic related. No pumping services were upsold to us which we were happy about. We called for an inspection and that is all we wanted. Comparative prices against other companies in the area. I actually wish these guys served our area since I would certainly call them again for other services. Everything was performed with a positive attitude and was finished within two hours.

Ground was frozen solid, and location of tank was only generally known. However the technician (Ted) was pleasant and professional and uncovered the septic tank cover within 30 minutes of arrival using an electric jackhammer to cut into the frozen ground. Due to the location he needed every extension hose on his truck, but was cheerful and engaging in spite of the extra effort. Pump out was accomplished and there were no extra charges in addition to the price which was quoted over the phone on my initial call. VERY good service and I'm happy to recommend Kent Clean Septic to everyone who needs septic tank service. It's always a pleasure to find a company who hires good folks and treats their customers well.

These guys are always prompt and efficient. We have been using them for several years, including having them inspect our septic to make sure all was ok. They were very professional, and we signed up for annual service which they always follow through on.

The inspector arrived on time and went right to inspecting the tank and the leech field. He then showed us the issues and answered any questions we had. We received the report back within 48 hours. Very good company to work with.

I had called to make an appointment, but it was right after our big snowstorm and they were swamped with emergency calls and said they'd call me back. A week later, the office called me back very apologetic and made an appointment. The time estimate was "before 10am" and he arrived at 8:30. He was done in about 20min, and the dirt around septic site looked barely disturbed. I had shopped around for prices, and Kent was a good $30 less expensive than others. Prompt, courteous, professional, and at a great price.
