Do not work with these guys. One of the owners wanted to buy a tractor attachment from my elderly mother because he knew my father had just died. When my mom was in home hospice, she told Sean that she would ask her son-in-law if he wanted it or if she should sell it. Sean then waited until night and stole it. We could see the tracks of rolling the attachment through the grass. The police made him give it back to us. Once my mom died and we worked on the house to sell it, we could see plants growing out of the gutters. Sean had come for years and all we could assume was that he didn't do the work because he knew my 80 year old, newly widowed mom wouldn't know the difference. She just wrote him a check every year. He should be brought up on charges. The police said to not press charges for the theft because Sean brought it back. I was in the middle of helping my mom pass peacefully at home so I didn't pursue legal action. See the photos.

Guttersworks gave me an estimate over the phone and came a few days later to clean my gutters. I didn't have to take off of work. They did an excellent job. No mess around the house and the final cost was within the estimate. The gutters are 3 stories high in the back of my house and 2 stories high in the front. The gutters were so full of stuff, they even had weeds growing out of them. Great price for the work. I will definitely tell my neighbors and friends and hire them again.

Gutters had been neglected for several years (one year by us and at least a few by prior homeowner). They took the time to do the job correctly, and left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. They worked quickly, and took the time to explain the condition of the gutters, what could use some work, etc. to my wife without any sales pressure.

This was the third year I have used GutterWorks, LLC to clean my gutters. My home is a large contemporary with high roof lines and lots of gutters. Unlike some of the other companies, this contractor actually vacuums out the leaves and debris versus using a leaf blower. This avoids getting the siding dirty and also keeps the grounds below the gutters clean. In addition, the service includes water flushing of all the gutters and downspouts to be sure everything is draining properly. Prior to their arrival, I had all the year-end leaf clean-up done around my property. GutterWorks left the property in great condition with no remnants of leaves taken out of the gutters. I would not hesitate to recommend this contactor to anyone. In addition, I have used this company to install gutters on a new garage addition to my home. The work was completed as scheduled and included getting a custom colored gutter/downspout system to match the existing gutters. I was impressed by their concern to ensure the work would look appealing from the front of the house (there were some complicated angles required for the downspouts). This job was priced fairly and I was pleased with the work. Sean Johnson and Gary Lee are reliable, professional and trustworthy contractors for all aspects of gutter work..

They were very professional in the way they went about it. They had the time and I knew what I was getting. I had a lot of confidence that they would do the work right. They knew what they were doing and went about it a way that made sense. They explained everything and did everything that they said they would do.
