The work on my garage door was performed in an excellent manner. Door Up was on time and did the repair of my door for a fair price.

They gave a fair price for a good product, showed up on time and finished the job. The only thing I'd like to see them improve upon is their trim cuts done at a 45 not straight. Overall a fair 4 stars... I would recommend them to others...

The Door Up installer was very professional and personable. They were able to set up an appointment within a few days of me calling. Even though a few minor modifications were needed due to the different dimensions of the new openers, the installer was able to find a solution and make the adjustments quickly.

Never showed up, never called to reschedule. Contacted HomeAdvisor about no show; they contacted contractor with my contact info. Never received follow up call

DJ was awesome! It's not very often that a contractor truly has the customer's best interest in mind, but DJ understood what I needed and wanted, and provided exactly that.

We called Door Up after being stood up by another company. They showed up the same day, evaluated the issue, fixed it, and provided a general door maintenance for a reasonable rate. The guys were very friendly and professional. I felt confident that they knew what they were doing and will call them every time I need garage door service from now on.
