Survey went exceptionally well. He had done all of the research prior and was able to stake off my property lines clearly. Took the time to walk the boundaries with me and explained each point. Was very courteous and helpful

Randy did a great job. It was complicated due overgrowth of bushes and trees. He was professional, competent, and very through. I would highly recommend using Amerisite Land Survey.

Worked with Randy from Amerisite Land Survey. He did an excellent job surveying my property and marking the entire border of my lot with stakes and pins. Randy initially told me he would be able to do the job in 3-4 weeks. 3 weeks later he let me know he would be out the following week and he showed up as expected. At the end of the first day he let me know he would be back the following week to finish the job (due to rainy week). Again, he showed up as expected and finished the job that day. After the job was complete, Randy walked my property border with me pointing out each stake/pin and answered all questions I had. Worth mentioning that I called 4 well known local surveyors prior to contacting Amerisite Land Survey. All of them took the initial details of the job, but none of them called back to schedule the job. I got tired of chasing them down and took a shot on Amerisite Land Survey via Angie's List. I'm glad I did as I would definitely hire Amerisite (Randy) again because of his responsiveness and professionalism, and the quality of the job done.

The work was done quickly and as expected. Randy showed up earlier then we thought (a good thing) and did the job in a timely manner. He marked the lot lines so we can easily follow them. I would defintely hired him again. Very professional.

Randy was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, polite, and did a great job. He marked the corner with an iron pin, driven 21/2 feet in the ground that was in question and missing. He verified the other 3 iron makers and brightly flagged them. Randy, also placed wooden stakes with flagging every so many feet clearly defining my property lines. Definitely would recommend Randy to family and friends.

The entire experience went well. He was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. He arrived to our property as scheduled, with sufficient notice, and finished the same day, as expected. All my questions were answered, and all my concerns were addressed without any difficulties. I definitely would use this company again, and I wouldn't I hesitate to recommend Amerisite to others.

He performed the work as expected and was very patient with answering all of my questions. When my neighbor had questions as well, he was willing to speaking with him on the phone. Randy went above and beyond the call of duty on this one. Even after the drawings were provided to the city, they were problems that were not directly related to his survey, Randy was there to answer my questions quickly and provided the insight necessary to help my deal go through. Randy did a great job! He was very responsive to my initial request and follow-up emails. The contract was clear and concise including the date the job would be finished. He was accommodating to my schedule and arrived on time the day the survey was to be completed. As he was performing his work he was kind enough to take the time and explain to me how the property lines were determined using his equipment. Iron pins were set at each corner and stakes with bright flagging were placed every 50 feet clearly defining my property line. Due to Randy's skill he was able to determine that my property line was off by a foot or so that led to me realizing I owned a few extra trees that I thought were my neighbors'. Overall, Randy did an outstanding job and after experiencing his work first hand it is clear he is a seasoned professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends. If you're seeking an experienced, professional, and competent land surveyor Randy is your man!

Randy was professional, courteous, punctual, all of the things that you would want from a surveyor. My property has wetlands, is 2.5 acres of trees, and is on a 30 degree angle(not an easy assignment). Randy was at my property all day and my neighbor hired him based on the work that he performed on my property. The quality of work that he performed surpassed any expectations that I might have had. It was a pleasure to work with Randy and I highly recommend him.

We are very pleased with the service from Amerisite Land Survey and would recommend their service to others. I never realized how much time and effort goes into surveying and marking property boundaries until we did ours recently. In addition to the time it takes to research existing plot plans there was a fair amount of time to compute coordinates and plot them to the field. Amerisite located at least two existing monuments in the neighborhood (at least one of them was buried). From those they triangulated back to our property and located two of our corner monuments (which were also buried). Amerisite also located and confirmed the other two corner markers, which are iron pins. Then Amerisite confirmed the edges of our property line and marked them with wooden stakes approximately every 70'. One of the edges is along a stone wall. Amerisite located hard to find drill holes in the wall (which are used as markers) and drilled them deeper. The physical surveying took about 4 -5 hours. Overall we found that our property is larger than we initially thought. Now it is clear where our property begins and ends.
