 + -1 moreThe project went well overall. Sadly the work didn't stand the test of time as QUALITY WORK WILL.
Description of Work: Alliance did a huge job for us several years back which included a landscaping design and installation as well as the construction of retainer walls and granite steps. Sometime after the job was completed one of the walls had started to sag in the middle. I called Brandon and he sent one of his guys to repair the wall. The guy shoved some more gravel under it at the base which cosmetically improved but it wasn't long before it started sagging and stones in the middle shifted. It didn't look right and I complained to Brandon. I never heard back from him again. I am now on Angie's list trying to find someone to fix the wall. It has to be taken down and the base reset and wall reconstructed. The granite steps he installed have shifted too and have to be dismantled and reinstalle. Quality work stands the test of time for the short and long term. POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP AND EVEN WORSE ALLIANCE DID NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK. I HAVE NOT USED THEM SINCE NOR DO I RECOMMEND THEM.
